Our Story

In 2020, during the peak of Covid, no one could leave the house without a mask. In an effort to cure my boredom during lockdown, I decided to put my creativity and sewing skills to use and started experimenting with sewing different products, such as kerchief facemasks. I specially designed ones people could wear that are fashionable, usable, and versatile. I played around with many different prototypes, all on my sewing machine at home.

The business slowly started to take off, and I began selling them locally. At 12 years old, I did not think the business could go much farther. However, I was determined and created & designed my own website. Sales began to come in, and with the help of friends and family whom I am so grateful for, the business went great!!

I started to expand the product base, and experimented with hand-embroidery. During the time of the election, I decided to use this platform I had built for good. I embroidered messages such as "Vote" and "BLM", and am very happy with how they turned out, despite how time-consuming this business had become!

From the start of this business, I knew I wanted to use it for good. Knowing how fortunate I was to have an opportunity like this to grow a brand, I decided to donate 50% of the profits to the organization No Kid Hungry. It was a cause I was passionate about, which made me extremely happy when I was able to donate 10,000 meals to this organization to feed kids.

Now- 2024

As Covid faded, naturally sales went down as did the need for facemasks. However, I want to make the best use out of the inventory we still have!! The kerchiefs don't need to be just used as protection from sickness, but they also work well for around the neck, as a head scarf, and for dogs!! My sophmore year of highschool (2023), I found myself missing the wonderful experience this buisness had provided for me, and the creative outlet it was. I begun sewing clothes of my own, and particularly liked making sweatshirts & embroidering them. My peers encouraged me to sell them as they constantly complimented the designs! I am now in my junior year 0f high school and am so happy to share these new products with you all.
